Hope this finds everyone having a great day. I have been relatively anxiety free for months and doing well. I do still have dizziness and minor anxiety while driving sometimes. I found if you massage your scm muscle in your neck, it makes a world of difference for me. Google scm muscle exercises and give it a try. Hope this helps someone. Have a stress and anxiety free day!
