feeling of electric shock going down my arm??

Hi all, hope everyone is doing ok and hanging in there on our journey with anxiety..

Anyway I have a question and looking to see if anyone else might have had this happen to them, as this is the first time I have ever felt this.

I have a electric shock feeling going down my right arm into my hand.. I feel like I could shoot electricity through my fingers.. Wondering if this is a sign of anxiety or maybe I'm becoming a super hero?!?! LOL, my anxiety has been pretty good lately, so not really sure what's going on or if this is something I should worry about ( my health anxiety has already tried to show up in the process, but I'm trying to keep that shut down) no need to get that in the mix.

Anyway if anyone has experienced this before or no of someone who has. I'm really interested to hear what's causing it and how long its going to hang around. (Seeing if I have time to get my costume made!) 😛😛

Dang it, I'd really like to be a super hero. LOL!

I did have trigger points worked on today in my trap and neck area. ( didn't put 2&2 together) I thought if it was related to that since I had that done early in the day it would have caused a problem earlier.

Thanks for responding, I'm going to take an ativan, meditate and go to sleep. If nyo gone by morning I'll give the doc a call.

It has been my experience that the electric sensations are nerve related, but just in case have you
held a light bulb in your hand, lol, sorry couldnt hold myself back. Peace

Update. Unfortunately, I am not a super hero 😭😔!! How ever the electric shock feeling has left. Really not sure why it was happening, but its gone. So I won't worry about it, thanks for the responses!
