Have you done the self help in the Resources? One of the links has several modules...and will take time and effort...but it will be worth it.
We also have self help book recommendations in that thread as well.
Done all of that? If you've employed all possible self help options...it may be time to consider looking for a therapist who can help treat you specifically for this issue.
CBT is especially effective, and could bring you into a good place of management/recovery.:)
