Bam,
I've been there and everything will be ok. I am also guilty of the famous Google your symptoms..
First off take a deep breath and just try to calm yourself down( I know easier said then done). If you can try to use meditation or guided meditation (that's my go to).
I know the feeling you are having about the doctor's missing something, I to have been there. I actually have been put through every test for my heart except for a heart cath or having my chest opened. I get chest pains, shortness of breath, numbness and tingling etc.. I just tell my self its ok and its all anxiety, if something bad was going to happen it would have already. But I understand how hard it is to get ahold of the anxiety once it comes. My health anxiety is off the charts.
I have the perfect example.. I just got prescribed cymbalta and start tomorrow morning. My anxiety is so high right at this moment and I'm so anxious its crazy. I'm scared to try new medication, because frankly I hate taking pills and I'm so worried about side effects. On the other hand in know I have to or nothing is ever going to get better and I can't let the anxiety control my life.
I understand your scared and want it to just stop, but you need to relax and let your body and mind relax. I have anxiety and panic attacks even when nothing is going on they just show up and once they bring all the symptoms and feelings. I just start freaking out about everything. I'm not going to tell you that its just going to stop and be gone. Because it won't, but I will tell you that you are going to be ok and you will get through it.
I just keep telling myself that I am stronger than the anxiety and I won't let it win. I hope you feel better soon and I hope it gives you some comfort knowing that someone has been in your situation before and everything was ok
