Red, the medication thing is your decision, i would ask how you broke your panic/anxiety in the past,
see "anything you ever did before you can still do", fear is a hopeless infant, until it learns that if it cry's
we come running to see whats wrong, it starts to train us to respond to its needs, "attention", don't
neglect me!!!!!!
This is what CBT and Mindfulness does for you, it teaches you that you can do something else other than respond to the baby cry of panic/anxiety. Peace
