Dear Gizzy, i have really missed you, you know what to do and no these are not setbacks but our sub-conscious learned behavior, I can feel the internal strength you now have, i to had a fearful few days last year and the worst of it was the thought of loosing all i had gained, "all normal people have a bad day",
the difference is they dont have our history. Just make yourself do something to use your muscles and
distract yourself with positive thoughts, everyone has a favorite thing, do yours, Peace
