Im starting to panic over a popping sensation ive just had in center of chest. No pain just a weird popping sensation like air bubble or something. Ive had my heart checked loads of times and all normal. Yesterday I ended up in hospital with chest pains and left arm pain and had ecg and bloods done which were normal. This popping sensation has really scared me now though. Xxx

Bb,
All was normal at your ER check yesterday. ..hold onto that irrefutable truth.
This popping sensation is understandably concerning you because it is something new...
...but new/unknown does not equal dangerous.
It is likely something completely benign. It could be muscular, skeletal (random pops and creaks happen to me all the time!) it could even be a gas bubble!
I am confident this is nothing to worry about
...just a normal body function that we all have...we are organic beings...prone to occasional mysterious little glitches! ;)

Thanks so much. It just scared me and cause me to have panic attack. It happened hour and half ago so if it was anything bad something would have happened by now I think.xx

Bb,
Good job on using that rational thought! :)
Here is a great resource for future use...check it out if you've not seen it yet!
