Morning All

How has your week been? Check in if you have the time.

I have spent most of the week looking for a job I have been out of work for 5 years now so finding it difficult so fingers crossed I find something soon.

Heyo!

My week has been wonderful. No anxiety issues at all. Just waiting for another sleep test.

Other than that, just been enjoying life and I hope everyone else is as well!

One of the worst weeks I have had in years. Constant, unrelenting anxiety about one thing I did, which I regret. And intensely worried about potential consequences.
