Cooper,
I know the fear of nothing working is our biggest FEAR!! I know its mine and ive told my Psychiatrist. He told me that 90% of all cases can be treated!! so don't worry. He also told me if you respond once to medication, it means there are others there for you also!
When I don't dwell on my anxiety , I feel a bit better. I tell myself that the world is a happy place that is not scary. This helps my morning anxiety and the bad dreams that are hard to shake off.
I come to work in this state you are describing also. I always run the washroom and have alone time, where I can get away from the office and vent on my own. I do this atleast 4 times per shift. I know how difficult it is to keep composure at work, but we have both made it during the worst. We are stronger than we think!!!!!
The what ifs are the worst for me, but I tell myself that science is constantly changing, there are soooo many options for treatment of our condition. You will get there again!!
