Anxiety or stroke?

Have you suffered migraines before? Silent migraines can present with these symptoms...without the head pain!

You mention having the same issue one month ago...this could be hormone related, as it is for many women.

I had a migraine last week, and it is very much like feeling ill. I thought I was coming down with the stomach flu at first. :/

I would ask your doctor about this possibility.

...so no, you are not likely at all to be having a stroke, but rather anxiety and/or possibly a migraine aura.

Is this just your perception, or can others notice this?

If it is noticeable to someone else, then maybe going for a second opinion would be wise. NOT that I think you have had a stroke...

...but there are other things that could cause this, such as Bell's palsy...a temporary condition that can cause face muscles to appear abnormal.

Just call your doctor and get in, so you can have answers and peace of mind, okay?

If your doctor though it was anything to worry about, he/she would have you coming in right away, or instruct you to go to the ER.

Your description, along with your recent good test results gives your doctor no cause for alarm...so you can rest assure you are well.:)
