Hi Friends!!!!
I haven't posted in awhile, but I've been lurking and keeping up with everyone!
All is well over here. Toddler is doing great and 2 month old (while challenging) is also thriving! I believe it's true what they say about
the number of kids you have. 1 is 1 and 2 is 20! Having 2 has been far more stressful for me, especially since this little guy is not an easy baby.
Panic has been manageable! I take my Xanax fairly regularly, but I'm happy to say that things haven't reached a point where I feel like I need to get back on Zoloft. I've had some health issues since having the baby and now have high blood pressure, but with the help of a beta blocker and water pill, I'm managing. This was a real test of what I can handle, because my health anxiety is what really gets me down. I'm nervous for my next physical because they'll be checking my cholesterol which has been high and I don't wanna see that, but I'm going to try and manage it with diet and exercise.
Overall, I'm pleased to say that I'm managing so much better than I thought I would! TMI......I even had my first period since having the baby and survived the hormonal roller coaster just fine!!! Those who know me, know that this is a huge accomplishment since I don't do hormones well!!
I hope you're all doing well and managing! Every day is a fresh start, right??
