Anxiety can do a number on our guts...whether it is nausea, indigestion, heartburn, or farther along in the process. (intestinal/diarrhea)
Keep taking your PPI, as it can be awhile before relief is noted..
Also try to keep your meals bland, smaller/more frequent...rather than 3 larger ones.
...and of course, keep working on your stress relief exercises/coping skills.
I hope you feel better soon...heartburn is no fun.:(
