I am so sorry to hear all that you are going through currently! I understand how confusing and scary anxiety symptoms can be.:(
When you were at your doctor...were you offered any help in the form of anxiety management/recovery?
Medication and/or therapy are the usual routes to consider.
Exercise is a great self help coping skill. However, I would be careful with the weights...as sore muscles could result in discomfort...further causing confusion in regards to the chest pain...
...so perhaps a light impact/aerobic activity such as bike riding, swimming, ect...would be a better choice.
...and as Hibee suggested, do see our Resources at the top of the forum page here. I suggest starting with the 'Stress Relieving Exercises' link, and the 'Meditations'. They will help if practiced daily!
Talking with your doctor about your treatment options is also a good plan...so make an appointment soon if you can.
