B.,
A lot of people don't do well in the heat. My daughters both really dislike it...especially my oldest who gets physically sick if she is overheated. My MIL also can get faint/dizzy/nauseous from overheating...
Heat exhaustion is real and can be dangerous...but staying hydrated and out of direct sun can prevent this from happening.
Can you get a good sun shade for your car...as well as rolling down the windows and starting the A/C before you have to drive off?
Drinking plenty of water, as well as eating foods high in water content such as fruits and vegetables will also keep you safely hydrated...even in higher temps.
I also like to keep a cool gel pack in the freezer...the type you'd put on an injury...just for laying on the back of my neck or chest when I am feeling overheated...instant relief. :)
Stay cool...the summer won't last forever. ;)
