Cilly, I'm so sorry this has been a rough time for you. :( Lack of sleep can be absolutely devastating to your state of mind and quality of life and cause all sorts of other problems in an awful cycle of sleep/anxiety/nausea/sickness. I didn't know my anxiety had been stalking me for months until two weeks ago when I couldn't calm down for two days.
Wes, have you been reading my my mind? I had the worst panic attack of my life back in March and thought I was good, but it had really just been slowly and inexorably growing for months until suddenly it's taken over my life once again. I just switched insurance but I'm going to follow your example and see a doctor pronto and get myself sorted out. This is no way to live.
To anyone else: Do you find your anxiety gets weirder/worse in summer? I feel like once it starts warming up, my anxiety begins to slowly climb.
