Work problems again

I'm very messed up emotionally about work. There is just too much to do in the amount of time I have. I hate it. I know that I eventually will tell my supervisor and probably get some help. I just hate the pressure I feel from the work piling up. I especially hate a task which is called returned mail. We get that from the post office and it has to be processed. Every day there seems to be more and more and I just get so angry.

One good thing at least so far is they don't ask me to stay late. I am not interested in anything over 40 hours a week.

I try praying to Higher Power for help. I just wish I could have a few days of no returned mail coming in. Just a chance to get caught up.

I guess I know over time things even out. I just hate this phase where there is all this work to be done.

I would appreciate any return messages with compassion in them, or prayers to help me to get through what is for me a very difficult time.

You can do all that you need to accomplish today! You have been in this place before, and have achieved success.

While they may not always be pleasant, the tasks required of you are within your ability.

I often have to tell myself this same thing when faced with a challenge at my work.:)
