I had a question, I seen a nice spoken word poem? Sobg? Not sure on YouTube and wasn't sure if I can share it here, it is to do with anxiety aND such

I don't see why sharing it would be an issue. Sharing positive messages is nice.

Yes you are allowed to, as long as the content is proper, not offending anyone and free of bad language (preferably).

Such videos can be very helping indeed.
