Hey friends,
So the last few days my anxiety SEEMS to be in check and I'm pretty excited about this trip I'm taking this weekend. However, there's always something! I have had this constant feeling of mild nausea. Weird because I'm hungry. Normally when I feel nauseous like when I'm sick or hungover, I can't even think about food without gagging. But in this case I feel nauseous, I eat, and if anything it makes it better? Normally eating would make me want to puke when I'm nauseous. Sound familiar to anyone?
