So I'm getting ready to shower and head to the airport, I do 20 push-ups really quick before showering. Of course like an idiot, I check my pulse, like I ALWAYS seem to do! It's racing, naturally. I get in the shower, keeps going. I get out and I decide, again like an idiot to check my blood pressure. The first time I check its way up around 160 something over 100 something, heart rate like 120, so you know what that means... PANIC!!! I am sitting on my bed freaking out, contemplating going to the ER instead of requesting my Lyft to the airport. I pop a Xanax, doesn't really seem to be doing much for me, it's only .25. I am sitting in the security line and I start freaking out again, lines not moving, people are complaining, feels like every so often I can't really catch my breath. Right when I got through security I bought a water and took another Xanax. Like ***? The thing that freaks my out about this one was that it happened after doing 20 darn push-ups. So now I'm thinking were both cardiologist and all the heart tests wrong? Could I be 31, 130lbs, and that out of shape to where I can have a heart attack after 20 push-ups? After I was told I'm FINE? I'm Or was this caused by ME checking my vitals for no darn reason and just freaking myself out??? I'm currently at the gate waiting for the flight and my heart rate is back down to normal, but still uneasy. I really hate this. I was and still currently thinking about just not even going on this trip. Waste the money I paid for the flight and hotel and just skip it. This is not me. I LOVE traveling. I am really hoping this is just a panic attack that I caused and not the other thing.
