The proverbial anxiety sufferer's question....
...which came first...the symptom or the anxiety? .....right?
It is really common to have stomach issues along with anxiety. Increased stomach acid, GERD, IBS...the list of co-morbid physical complaints that stress can cause/exacerbate is pretty long.
What if anything have you tried for relief? OTC meds, along with stress relieving exercises/coping skills should help.
I hope you can find d the answers you need, and start feeling better quickly!
