You are taking the steps to feel better again, and be the best mom and individual you can be! Be patient with yourself and the process.
Work at your coping skills daily, and push yourself when you feel able...
....and conversely, know when to dial your activities back and take things slow when you need to.
You'll find that balance and healing with time and continued efforts.:)
