anyone? Does anyone suddenly get sleepy and their eyes just want to shut? I can be going 90 miles and hour and BOOM, I want to nap. What am I a newborn? UGH

Yes all the time. I think Its because our minds are always going and on alert
for anxiety. Prayers.

Dep certain kinds of medicine do this, xanax will, bata blockers, Prozac, etc. Peace

Yes, panic often caused me to feel this way!. Strange to feel both anxious and exhausted at the same time, right?!?

At 2 pm I felt like I couldn't keep my eyes
open and about
an hour later I'm cleaning the garage out, I'm not bi polar, it's not manic.

This happened to me yesterday. Had all the energy in the world in the morning and got home and laid down for one second and I woke up 45 minutes later with a blanket over my face and drool on my cheek. I think the anxiety mind works about
10x harder than the non anxious mind...
