Hi HW Family,
The dreaded time comes again for Blu's Mama to get on an airplane. And to make matters a bit more anxious, it's a small plane, going to a small town in Oregon (Bend).
I will be taking my Xanax for emergency use only, and luckily the flight is only 2 hours but still a bit nervous, especially given that there is a lot of civil unrest in CA, and in Oregon due to the election.

Blu's,
I know that you've got this...
...but am still sending hugs and empathy, because I know it's not something that is done effortlessly.
I know you will use your coping skills and tools...and have a safe and enjoyable trip! :) :) :)

Still waiting on that recipe for the Berry Benzo "Soothie" ;).

Have a brilliant time , As i am sure you will. If you do have concerns being on the plane ...a couple of weeks ago when i was flying , i downloaded an app on to my phone and tablet and i sat with my head phones on listening to "Chill Pille" it was really good . Before i knew it we were ready to land.

Gilly-
Great idea, thanks for sharing. I definitely need things to keep me occupied on the ride so I don't break my partner's hand.

Hi Blu
Have a good trip I understand your anxiety about
the unrest over in your country.
Wow a Berry Benzo "Soothie" sounds amazing I could do with one of those myself

Thanks, Hibee!
I will also be in your neck of the woods at the end of January. London for a few days, then Paris, then the French Alps! Will need a triple dosage of that soothie.

I'll have to get with my Doc about
some xanax. I like my Klonopins but they take too long to kick in. Best of luck, don't fret over any civil unrest just don't wear any political attire and you should blend right in.

WH,
Yes, with a shorter half life...Xanax both kicks in, and clears the system sooner than other benzos...making it a good choice for PRN use in quickly shutting down attacks.
