Yoga releases endorphins which relax the total body. Look around and find a teacher you trust. Don't get involved with the religion attached to some yoga. Find a person who teaches hatha yoga. IT IS A herbal remedy-a pretty white flower and that's what I use. You need to call a few health food stores to find it . It leaves no grogginess and your day is normal. You will be totally relaxed and will slow down your anxiety and rush rush here and there. It is 100% natural and better than melatonin if you know what that is. Melatonin is good. But not as good as VALERIAN ROOT. I USE NATURE'S WAY VALERIAN ROOT 1 a day. If you had a next day where you really have nothing to do I would try 2 just for the fun of it. 3 p.m. And what a rest you won't believe it. People who fly a lot and lose their sleep patterns use valerian root to get back to normal sleep patters. Its a true blessing.
