Hi Smooth,
I think a lot about my health, but it's been everything lately. I try to do everything at once, i find it hard to focus on one task, for example when I'm doing something I'm thinking about the other thing I have to do and it is really frustrating. I can't relax, I'm constantly moving to do something else. Thinking about it doesnt help, but how do I stop thinking lol?
At the moment I'm not working so I occupy muself by doing house chores.
I have told the Dr before about my leg issue, but he didn't find anything wrong and it was gone for months and it came back and it's very bothersome not painful.
I do cook some, but will do more often because take out food these days is really unhealthy. Any idea where I can maybe find a cook book with healthy easy to prepare meals?
I'm gonna talk to my Dr about running some tests to see if I'm good to start excersing, I've never really mentioned it to him so that's a good idea. I use to be real athletic, but my anxiety stop all that and I really miss going to the park or joining basketball leagues.
