How has your week been? Check in if you have the time.

I'm not to bad apart from my chronic pain has been bad but it's something I just need to put-up with .

A full nights sleep for me .. Fist pumping yay !!!

Humbling when I read your coping with chronic pain most of the time....puts my temp pain into prospective knowing as I heal it will end.

Hello family!

Had a busy week crackin' nuts, lol!!!.;)

Nutcracker recitals to be exact...10 in all. Each of my ballet or combo classes including ballet does their own mini Nutcracker with an age appropriate variation/divertissment. Fun but exhausting...

I do feel a sense of accomplishment when the students are performing for their proud/delighted families. :)

Hibee...I am sorry you are hurting currently. I am sending encouragement, positive thoughts and prayers your way!

Gilly...so happy to hear you had a good restorative sleep! May it continue.

...on a holidy note...got our tree up and decorated. It was a team effort...and we had a great time together.:)

Hello, slept well last night. Still struggling with the nausea and loss of appetite from the change in my wellbutrin dosage. How long does it last? It has been 3 weeks. I seem to have no energy at this point, but no panic attacks. Not feeling my normal self as of yet. Hoping this all will resolve itself in time.

still here. am real sore as well. been pruning tress. big buggers. mum back in hospital, a fall, nil balance. working on a bros situation. stock standard family dysfunctional disunity going on. i need a expletive holiday!!
