If you have a local library...and some willingness to do some work...you can essentially create your own program!
I did also go through CBT with a therapist. ..but honestly, the material that I gathered and worked on my own was invaluable.
I basically checked-out every book on A/P recovery I could...and pulled the information that was helpful/applicable to me.
For workbook type exercises...where you need copies that you can write in...look on Amazon, or better yet...we have therapy worksheets downloads in our Resources.
It's hard getting started, but you won't regret it if you stick to it.
