Doc -psychiatrist wont seee me

Cilly, this is the main reason i hope for us to become med free if possible, many doctors have been writing
scripts for the party people and once they get caught up with they play like they are above the fray and
try not to be a "pill pusher", i don't think this has as much to do with you as he has his but in a crack and
is trying to push people in real need away.
My oldest Daughter was on xanax when she got pregnant and the doctor tried to cold turkey her off,
it made everything tough but she made it so don't let them make you feel inferior. Peace

Can you get on disability to try to pay for your doctor visits?

If you have no or little money, isn't there some sort of medical plan to help with that?

Weren't you out of a doctor a few months ago?

I am so sorry this has happened. I know you need your medications, as some dx's cannot hope to be successfully managed without an Rx.

It is frustrating that you can't get cooperation and a compromise from your P-doc's office...and you should not have been treated in such a way, without explanation and time to make an alternative plan.

I had a psy. one time whom I, as a manic-depressive, who I, let's be nice, disrespected, and he got me in the psychic ward, or I think I got myself in there, and he over-medicated me.

So, I'm saying, I've done that, too. I'll also say this. As a manic-depressive, I was not on Lithium, and was not "calm" we'll say.

Do you do better with male or female psy?

How are you diagnosed? Are you on any medicines? Are you too sensitive because you're not on the right or any meds?

Are you just going in there with no meds and sounding off?

Off meds we can find fault with anybody. You might be running out of doctors.

Well, I learned that too, the hard way. We must have gone to the same school of hard knocks.

But I also realized the hard way that the pendulum swung too far back in the other direction, in that I got too much the other way.

The Lithium is what helps me tremendously, it helps lift the depression and bring down the mania.

Again, that is why I ask, what is your diagnosis? Are you being medicated right for that? Have you ever been on any meds that calmed you down?
