Hi Johnny and welcome!
I am sorry to hear about
this problem happening currently.
It is good that you have gone to the doctor to rule out any physical reason this could be happening...
...so the next step would be to get to work on managing the anxiety that is most likely the culprit for this symptom.
The strange thing about
anxiety is that is doesn't always
feel as if we are nervous or stressed...but this can be deceiving, because people like us are highly adept at dealing with challenges in life. We simply push on, never realizing that are under pressure in our daily lives....until a symptom of the anxiety makes it hard to ignore.
Using coping skills such as the 'Stress Relieving Exercises' link from the Resources at the top of the main forum page here can help. Decompressing daily with meditation, exercise and on outlet such as sharing here...or journaling is key as well.
Sometimes that more you try to ignore something...the more prominent it becomes...therefore acknowledging that it is happening...and accepting that everyone has some challenge...and this one happens to be yours for now should help. Believe me, no one is noticing it but you. When you notice the symptom...greet it and say: 'Oh hey anxiety, I see your here to try and derail me, but it won't work...I am dealing with you now and you'll be gone soon.'
You may also want to look into self help for social anxiety if you find this is happening mostly in public speaking or uncomfortable/unfamiliar situations.
Keep posting with us if you find it helpful...
With encouragement,
