I am sorry to hear about
all you are going through with anxiety and panic.
This doesn't sound like GAD, but rather health anxiety with panic attacks. Health anxiety is a pretty common theme here in our community, so know that you are not alone!
Talking with your doctor about
your treatment options is a great place to start. Medication and/or therapy are both great tools for management.
Self help is another way to find recovery, and one that you can get started on right away!
See our Resources at the top of the main forum page here for great material. We have links and book recommendations specifically for health anxiety. ..so be sure to check those out. Practicing the suggested exercises daily will make a big difference in how you feel.
