I am glad you are interested in looking to start therapy, as you can gain tremendous tools by taking this step.
If works one on one is not feesable...you can check your school's resources to see if there is an anxiety group that meets.on campus...
...and be sure to check out our Resources at the top of the main forum page here for great self help material. Practicing the suggested exercises daily will make a big difference in how you feel.
