Morning folks.

How has your week been? Check in if you have the time.

I have had a good week still working on my social anxiety which is a work in progress so still finding social situations difficult.

Busy at work as usual.
Still do mindful meditation 2x daily.... fine weather today just come back from a refreshing walk.... now chilling 😊

Still up and down depending on the hour but being busy at work helps keep my mind off things. Getting back into my positive affirmations and rational thinking. Enjoying the sun being out today!

holding my own this week so far. st johns wort is working! anothrer week to get the results of my scans and hopefully they are ok and i can start radiation treatments.

12 weeks pg here. Doing well, more accepting and dare I say excited about pregnancy. Had my NT scan last week and looks like it'll be negative for abnormalities, which is all I can ask for. Once I started accepting this was God's plan for me, even though I never wanted it, the fear really subsided.

Another doc visit tomorrow, but I"m not really nervous. I may even swing by the hospital after. I drove around it twice last week and was EXCITED instead of scared. So now I just need to get in, see the setting and try to think of it as a positive. New settings are hard.

Glad to hear you guys are well. Hang in there. Don't let a bad day derail yousmile

Wish I could walk outside but it's so FREAKING cold in NJ...plus I get hives from the cold, so I'm hibernating at home working my days away and sleeping when I cansmile

You sound like you are doing an amazing job at handling all that you need to in order to feel your best, and get the pre-natal care you require!

iv had a long day at work this devil creepy crawly was bothering me today but I held on. Did Matras And was busy at work, also took a drive ,it sort of calms me..
But i am getting there phew! but its not a child's play..at some stage I wanted to cry ,it was really irritating me...

no S C i did not choose seed radiation. that requires surgery and i had kidney stone surgery in october and the biopsey in dec. i dont want another surgery . i chose local radiation treatments. prob is there are 35 of them. its going to take a while but no surgery. it has same sucess rate as the seed implant.

Very stressed out days,lack of sleep then oversleep.

My eyes are tricky now a days ,looking for a lamp which can help my eyes and get checked for cataract.

Or macular degeneration....but docs think I am too young for such checks.

Might me my anxiety ....
Anyway s I m trying positive thoughts.
