Hello everybody,
It's been a while since I last posted anything, but I've been feeling bad for almost a week now. I have been having issues with tight muscles in my leg, irritability and stomach problems. It has gotten very annoying and makes me anxious. What should I try?

Are you on any new medications? I recently started mirtazapine at 15mg and it made me really irritable.
I had to cut it back, and increase my buspar to relieve it.

I just take lorazepam, I think I've been sedentary for a while now that my muscles hurt. Idk that's what I think anyways, gonna try and take long walks to strengthen my legs.

The walk will definitely help. For me, my legs get sore/hurt when I am very anxious or after having a panic attack as I keep them tense after a walk I tend to feel much better.

Just finished walking 2 miles and I fell a bit better, I'm going to make it a routine to see how I feel after a week.

Great plan!!
Regular exercise, (keeping hydrated!) and daily stretching will help for sure!

I had gone a while without feeling like that, but it's been like a week that I feel this way. I feel good for a little then it comes back it's really frustrating. Also the hot weather has comeback and it really raises my anxiety whwn I feel to hot or cold idk why.

I know...I had a set back a while ago myself...but I remember that they are just part of living with anxiety...and that they don't meant that I've lost ground, but just need to pick up where I veered off course, and continue.
You are going to be stronger than ever after coming through this challenge. Use your tools and coping skills, and before you know it, you'll be back on track.;)
