I am sorry you are struggling with the anxiety/phobias currently.:/ It certainly does impact many facets of our lives...
...but it is not a reflection of who we are...it doesn't define us, it is simpmy a challenge we face.
So try not to be embarrassed by it, but rather accept it as something you must work to manage in order to feel your best.
What are you currently doing as far as treatment?
If you are not in therapy or wotking self help atm...I do urge you to get started...not only for yourself, but for yourself growing family. (Congrats!!!)
