I am sorry that you are struggling with these worries currently. I know how challenging this can be.
Have you had previous experience with anxiety, specifically regarding your health, in the past? If so, have you tried any treatment plan for relief?

I would recommend starting with some self help. At the top of the main forum page here, we have links specifically for health anxiety and exercises to reduce the worry about
the illness you fear. Practicing daily will make a difference in your thinking, and resulting anxiety.
If you find you are still preoccupied with these concerns, then the next step would be talking to your doctor about
your other treatment options such as medication, and/or therapy.
