Hello I am New here, my Name is Aaron. I am 22, I have had anxiety since about
2012 after I had an encounter with an *illegal substance*. Ever since then I have had Anxiety and Panic attacks, mainly directly related to thinking everything is wrong with my Body. I focus on my Heart Beat about
75% of the time, and when I get palpitations it drives my mind into a panic attack. They get pretty scary.
I usually get my panic the worst the day after a night of heavy drinking.
I know nothing is wrong with me. But every little thing that happens to my body freaks me out pretty severely and puts me into fight or flight mode....
I would really appreciate any kind of help or advice on how I can cure or slow down my anxiety. Thank you all a ton in advance!!
