Hi Folks

How has your week been? Hope you're all enjoying your Ester Weekend Check in if you have the time.

Im good had the family around for the weekend and managed to get out windsurfing today which was the first time in 5 years I had a great time but managed to break my toe.

Oh my gosh! I hope your toe is okay... I just started zoloft ahain low key feel like a failure cause it's only been 8 months without it... but I really dont want to gain weight on it again also, I was not able to function daily again so I had to start. The afternoon is kind of hopeful though and it's only day 2 so ya.. happy easter smile

Sounds like a good time, minus the broken toe!

I had a good week that ended a little rough. All in all, I can't complain.

Ouch! thAt must be sore, it will heal in no time sending God's healing..I'm still managing well without benzos, i haven't been meditating as well, i think studying is taking my mind off things. Hope in time ill get off of sleeping tablets, otherwise I'm having a good Easter weekend , daughter graduated her Bcom honours on Thursday so I'm over the moon..

Ouch Hibee !pls take care dear.

I have my folks over here for a week.

Cant sleep well ,worry a lot if am hospitable enough.

With my fibro cant cook much these days.

I hope dont disappoint them.

Way to go, Hibee! Broken toe is just a battle scar to be proud of. Painful, but maybe you proved something to yourself in the process?

I'm okay. Holding steady. Promised myself not to change anything for at least a month. Been reading up on withdrawal symptoms of antideppresants just to try and inform myself. I'm going to start a slow taper down, I think. Always said I was a med lifer, but old dogs can learn new trick, right?

Prew- Congrats on no benzo that's awesome. Congrats for your daughter and yourself for the graduation.

Dog- I am so glad you are feeling better, that's awesome.

Cilly- You won't disappoint your parents. You will do your best and that is more than enough. Rest easy hun.

Rspwed- I hope that your taper goes well. Make sure you keep your doc informed as well.

Hibee- I am glad you got out to windsurf, I am sorry that you broke your toe! Yikes! I hope you had fun with the family no matter what happen.

My week was better than last week so that's good. I guess I didn't learn my lesson with soda, I had one yesterday, 😔 so I am dealing with heartburn and stomach burn. My sleep has gotten a little bit better kind of wonky still but getting better. I will not go back to sleeping pills.😄 Hope everyone has an awesome day and week. Keep up the good work all.
