Hi Cheri,
I am so sorry to hear of all the stressors that you are facing currently.
I can imagine how this would feel very overwhelming!
When looking at it all at once...it is quite a mountain of concerns to stand before, so I encourage you to break it down into manageable challenges...and only face one at a time.
For your biopsy concern. Keep positive! You have the odds in your favor (2/3rds to be exact) that this will turn out to be nothing to have worried about
. You will very likely either hear that the results were favorable, or neutral...so keep telling yourself that you have nothing to fear at this time.
As far as your sons go....well, worrying about
our kids is natural...but there are things you can to do keep your worries productive rather than
destructive!
If your oldest is coming down with something...keep him as healthy and comfortable as possible by being proactive with whatever is necessary...dr.s appointments, medication, natural remedies...ect. He will get through and over it soon.
With your youngest...it sounds like he may benefit from some self help coping skills for anxiety/depression. I am NOT saying that he has either of these issues...everyone gets stressed and sad from time to time and could use some tools to help them get back to feeling their best, right? Help him through the exercises, and you will really have an amazing bonding experience I am sure.
I am sending encouragement, thoughts and prayers! Keep us updated...we will be here in support.
S.C.
