my mind chatters a lot at night.
I have tried everything but something or other bothers me.
my folks were with me and left.
i should feel alone and lost but i feel relief.
i am getting strange .
i have a monkey mind that i cannot tame.
how can i stop this.
my focus ,clarity and vision is affected by lack of sleep or too much daytime sleep .
i have parasomnias,nightmares a lot.
if i talk to doc they wanna change and try new meds which scare me.
