This is a common anxiety symptom...and in fact was my very first alert
that I was starting to experience anxiety issues.
I found that drinking a lot of liquids...either warm or cold (your preference) as well as gentle massage of the area...
...as well as anxiety coping skills such as Progressive Muscle Relaxation (see the Stress Relieving Exercises link in our Resources) really helped.
I am sure that with working the self help, along with realizing that this is simply a manifestation of the anxiety...you'll see this issue phase out soon.
