today has been the best day so far. very little anxiety so far. there is hope for Zoloft second time around

update- had several bad reactions to Zoloft involving blood pressure spikes and extreme panic /anxiety and major insomnia. insomnia is so bad not even ambien cr will put me out for more than 2 hrs. dr told me to stop Zoloft and see if we can get my insomnia under control. I am so sleep deprived I will never get better till I can at least sleep. got rx for restoril today. it has been putting me to sleep for 5 sometimes 6 hrs sometimes. but my rx was 10 years old. new batch should be stronger . also got more clonipin but I will use it sparingly.

I am really sorry to hear this reinstatement didn't end up working out. :/ I am sure you must be frustrated.

I am glad however that you were proactive in talking with your doctor and making those changes...great work!

I am wishing you the best in all aspects...anxiety management and sleep goals.

made it tru the day with out taking a benzo. a victory. baby steps -I will get over this some how -someway.

another baby step-slept with out any med last night. bad anxiety this am tho . took half of a .5 klonipin.
