Looks good!
Long statements like this don't help me, personally, as much as short mantras. But I do think that consciously making an effort at shifting one's mindset from a place of negativity, to a more positive state, is necessary to recover from panic attacks. And I'm sure some folks would find this information of use.

TICHWA...good input, noted! It is a good reminder to customize the self help to suit your own personal needs! I have taken plenty of material and tweaked it until it meets my own criteria for benefits.
