Broken Blood Vessel ? Panic again :(

Hey guys, what is this VIEW IMAGE ? I wore a t-shirt with tight wrisband today and this is happened. It's not make me itchy and it under the skin
Is it something wrong about me ? I've tried to ask doctor google and everything i found is blood cancer,
autoimmune disease,.. that make me very panic Any reply will help Thank you guys

Do not google,(I should take my own advice) it just looks irritated, don't scratch it ,give it a few days I'm sure it will go away

Is this in the same spot that you had the bruise on your arm last month?

If so, is there something you can think of that you are doing that might be causing this, such as carrying a heavy bag on your wrist...wearing an elastic hair tie on your arm...or, like you said...did it happen after wearing the same shirt both times?

I am sure there is a benign reason for it either way, and it should fade soon.😊 (but if not, consulting your doctor would be the next step of course)
