research on internet says these work for anxiety so I bought some today at a health/ vitamin store. to my surprise and delight they actually work! I have been anxiety free all afternoon since taking my first pill at 2pm. bottle says youcan take them 2x a day. this is a huge discovery for me and I wanted to share here. safe and no side effects. so far at least.

I know a lot of people have benefited from the calming qualities of the tea...

...so it stands to reason that the capsule form would be as good or better for those who respond well to it.

I love the tea- I'm borderline obsessed with it.

I'm excited to hear capsules exist, too. I'll have to check them out. Thanks for the tip!
