Hi all,

I am doing better. Neighbors were driving us crazy as they hired a live band to play, which I do not mind but at 1130 pm and 2 people with huge headaches it was cops time, they shortly took the band inside and things in my house calmed down.

We have had the dreaded "Cali norovirus" in my house. Wow that stuff is harsh. It is a 24 hour bug only, thank goodness.

It has been hot so all of this has been misarible. My dad has been the sickest here but not with just the bug but he also has an air pocket in his colon! They gave him an antibiotic for it to try to help get it taken care of, they don't know why people get this either.

Now I have a uti so I have to go to the doc and get antibiotics for that and I spotting which is normal as I also have PBS and so my poor bladder is always hurting. Ugh! Lol

So my anxiety to say the least has been up, but it is on its way down and I am trying just to roll with it all. Sorry this was so long. I hope everyone is feeling better and a bit calmer.stays safe and healthy.

I've had little bouts of panic rise up here and there, mostly in the afternoons. I'm doing pretty good though. This has been the best withdrawal period I've experienced so far. I thought the final drop in Xanax would be the worst, but it has turned out to be the opposite.

I'm still a bit out of it. I still feel like I'm on the outside looking in at my life. Depersonalization I guess. I expect it to go away within a couple of weeks. I've been off Xanax for only one week now.

Most trouble I'm having is aggravation with my job. It has nothing to do with my illness - just that I found out I'm making 15k less than I should be! And have zero opportunity to further myself. I'm going to have to apply out of my company and find a new job with hardly any experience in this department I'm trying to get into. I just have to pray someone will give me the chance based on the classes I'm taking.

had physio yesterday. massage, some spine work and 4 trigger point acupuncture needles. awesome. and a heated gel rub, one he heated up. he agreed my muscles were like rocks. still on the pristiq wean, nearly done. keep well my friends.
