I am sorry you are feeling anxious about
your travels.
I know this is frustrating when you just want to feel well and be excited about
your visit.
Use of positive mantras, breathing exercises, journaling...and some good distractions should keep you as comfortable as possible.
You are absolutely going to be fine...but I understand how hard this is to believe when the anxiety is speaking louder than rational thought.
Keep reminding yourself that your doctor's report is FACT...and that your anxiety tells lies...and can only cause uncomfortable symptoms...not actual harm.
