No pill or therapy is going to take away this depression and anxiety.

When you finally come to realize that your family never really cared about you and your narcissistic mother and sister has successfully brainwashed everyone to be against you and title you a crazy mean, bi polar, wierdo. When your mother and father my sons grandparents won't take a half day to go visit their grandson who lives in a group home and has cerebal palsy and wonders why they wont visit him, but are seen on face book visited and having fun with the other grandkids. When I text my mother and ask her why her and my dad wont visit my son and I get no answer just ignored. When I tell my family how hurt Iam from their mean comments and lies about me, and they ignore my feelings and tell me to get over it. I could go on and on, and therapy has told me to go on with my life, pills just numb the feelings (kinda). but it never ever will heal the intense pain, never.

It is baffling to me that your parents so blatantly ignore your son...I am so sorry to hear this.

Although difficult to accept...we must learn to move on and away from relationships that cause us pain such as the one with your family does.

It may be that you need to stop contact, including social media, to avoid more distress for yourself.

Please don't give up on healing through your chosen coping skills! They are helping...this is just a particularly rough patch you are going through at the moment.

Thanks SC u said a mouthful, you are lucky you still have your other half who loves you. Try and forget about the mean family members , you have God. i know it hurts but you , your son and Hubs are more important.
