Anxiety symptoms?

Hello, I am pretty new to all of this and was wondering if anyone had an opinion on the symptoms I am having.

For the past 8 months or so, I have had a pressure on the side of my head, in my ear and a tender scalp. The side of the scalp and the back of my head mostly. I have also had a leaky eye some of the times. I get headaches but they are not terrible. I do have a stressful job but I consider myself a laid back person. (Wife begs to differ now). Of course I started googling everything and really can't stop myself from doing it.

I have also had muscle pain and twitching, mostly when I am relaxed or 'at rest'.

I also dislocated my shoulder a couple months back but it healed pretty good.

I have had an MRI of the brain and neck. I have had a few ct scans, one recently of sinuses. Ent said it was not sinisitus. I also had a steroid injection in my neck.

I literally cannot make myself fall asleep at night worrying about my symptoms. Has anyone experienced anything like this? Or have any suggestions? Thank you all!!

We are glad you've joined us though sorry to hear of your cofusing symptoms that are causing you concern.

Though I have heard all the above as anxiety effects...since you are experiemcimg them all together, I think it might not hurt to do some research on migraines.

I deal with them sometimes...and the worst part are the symptoms leading up to the headache...which turns out to be not that severe at all.
