Its been a week and some change since i went back from escitalopram to brand name lexapro. Still feeling very uneasy and with all the things going on in my life i can see why. Been using headspace, Claire Weekes books, and just overall breathing exercises to combat this anxiety. Its funny that now I feel ok in the morning and get a good nights sleep with no interupption but..... come night time my world feels like it changes and all the doom and gloom thoughts come to mind. Hope you all enjoy the last day of the weekend. Lets grab monday by the coconuts and take charge of our lives.

Yup, yup...that's the way to get it! You can't go wrong with that attitude.😃

Things may mot be 100% where you want them yet ...

...but you are sounding so much better! Remember progress is not often a linear line, so keep up the great work, and roll with whatever comes along this week...

...because you can tackle it!

Pina Coladas sound so good right about now... I havent had a nice drink in a while. Kelly I think some of the strongest people are those on this forum seeking help and looking to help each other grow stronger through our experiences and positive reinforcement. Without you guys to help reflect on I would definitely be in a different place.

Anxiety is crazy right now, but tomorrow is another day so lets see what happens.
