Hi my name is Rich.
I have had bad anxiety every morning since Monday and I'm just sick of it.
I have a plan for today which is to go to a 12-step meeting at 11 am. I will also do some errands, including going to the library, which will be nice.
Hopefully getting out and doing something will help my mood. I'm sick of sitting around worrying, smoking cigarettes and not being able to take care of the things i need to take care of.
